This is not a shout replacement! it contains its own word of power (Tiid -Time- and Diin -Freeze- combined) and voice, so you can still use the slow time shout as normal. The voice uses parts taken from different shouts to make one sound file. Slow Time is a shout that slows down time. You are also affected, but not to the same extent. While slow time is active, all creatures and NPCs move much more slowly. This allows you to hit or move faster than normal as you are only slowed down to 70% of normal speed, regardless of how many words are used. Visa mer
