Personally for me it is bolt lift and ejector marks because the bolt faces in my gun allow the ejector to reliably print ejector marks on the brass when pressure starts to rise above safe levels. WebI've been getting a lot of brass on the bolt face, lugs, and into the chamber of my rifle. The extractor seems to be chewing up the case head as well as leaving scratches down the side of the case. The ejector is also leaving smear marks on the case head with factory ammo and even when using light hand loads.
