My Sharepoint site just disappeared - 404 error?

WebJul 11, 2013 · Its not a publishing site. Our site uses the default master page. We are deploying custom forms for 2 new pages. I can see that OOB pages(/settings.aspx) works. I tried retracting the wsp & deploying earlier wsp. Everything worked. Issue is the same wsp works on a dev server but not in stage server. Both environments are same.
